① Needs Analysis

to let us know your wants, hopes, and requirements for a rental property. Set your budget, area, property type, and any other criteria you have for your new home.

Property Viewing

④ Contract Negotiation
Once you've chosen a property, Interlink will submit your application and coordinate the process with the landlord or property-management company.

the contract terms on your behalf

⑤ Lease Summary Walk-Through
Meet with a certified real estate agent
from Interlink.
We will take you through the entire process
and terms involved with the contract. We will explain every detail
of the contract to ensure you are clear on all of the terms of the agreement and answer any questions you may have.
Then, the contract is signed and submitted, completing the contract process.
⑥ Move-In
You're finally able to move in!
On the day, we will meet you at the property
to wrap up any final matters and conduct your move-in inspection. Our inspection will document any damage or concerns with the property for reference.
Once everything is complete we'll pass you the keys to your new home.

Short-Term Lease
Although the typical apartment contract in Japan is for a duration of 2 years, you may have more short-term plans, making standard contracts an unattractive option. Thankfully, Interlink can offer furnished or unfurnished options catered to English speakers for short-term rental.
